The Kesher Program is based on a community-centred progressive education model engaging children in informal learning. Kesher is supported by an advisory committee of teachers and Early Childhood Education specialists.
Each classroom is staffed with a teacher and an assistant. The classes begin with snack and a craft and a participatory lesson plan follows. We also found that the most effective class structure includes story telling at the very end.
